Lead AI Engineer at Insurecow, Bangladesh

Leading research on AI-driven solutions for the insurance industry, focusing on agriculture and livestock.

Accomplishments:

  • The company’s old model relied on Yolo, achieving only 91% accuracy, which limited its reliability for high-stakes industries like banking and insurance. I developed a customized FaceNet model integrated with auto muzzle segmentation. This increased the accuracy to 99%, significantly improving the product’s trustworthiness for banks and insurance platforms.
  • The company’s user onboarding process was manual, leading to delays and inefficiencies. I implemented Optical Character Recognition (OCR) for National Identification (NID) cards and automated face identification for faster user registration. This automation made user registration instantaneous, improving the onboarding experience and operational efficiency.
  • The customer care system faced inefficiencies due to insufficient manpower to handle user queries. I integrated a Large Language Model (LLM) and voice generation technology to act as an AI-powered service agent. The system now autonomously handles user issues, reducing the reliance on human agents and improving customer support efficiency.

Once the species is identified, the app displays a bar plot showing the top 7 plant interactions for the identified butterfly species.
